Accounting

From sale to general ledger

Built together with an accountant: Uvoria books what is on the invoice, leaves your chart of accounts alone and can be paused whenever you want.

e-Boekhouden link

Invoices, credit notes and receipts go to e-boekhouden.nl automatically, booked from the stored invoice document — so always identical to what the customer received. Payments per channel: Mollie, PayPal, cash, SumUp, external terminal, gift card and a clearing account per Bol account.

  • Choose existing accounts; Uvoria never creates any itself
  • Pause and resume, for instance around an administration switch
  • Duplicate check on every retry

VAT per order and country

The VAT regime is decided once in the checkout — domestic, OSS, intra-EU reverse charge or export — and never re-derived later. EU rates per country and rate class (standard, reduced, zero) are included; shipping and payment fees follow the right rate.

  • VIES check on the VAT number, reverse charge automatic
  • Invoice for intra-EU supply with the correct statement

OSS report

Per country and per rate class a revenue and a remittance account, and a quarterly report with CSV that uses exactly the same breakdown as the bookings. The threshold monitor warns at €10,000 EU revenue.

Receipts and tips

Every receipt is booked on the receipt's payment channel; tips go separately to their own account and do not count as revenue. A receipt is only scheduled once the channel's account is mapped — never a half booking.

Payment methods and fees

The actual Mollie method determines the account (PayPal via Mollie on the PayPal account), payment fees per method have their own bucket, prepayments get an invoice immediately and are read as received from the books.

Provider-neutral

e-Boekhouden is the first provider behind a general accounting layer; the rest of the platform does not know which package sits behind it. A next package is one adapter, not a rebuild.

How it works

How an invoice reaches the books

1

Connect

Enter the API key, choose accounts per channel and VAT type.

2

Sell

Invoice on payment, with VAT regime and breakdown per rate.

3

Book

The worker books from the document; a safety net picks up missed bookings every quarter hour.

4

File

OSS report per quarter, the same figures as in the ledger.
