24 EU languages, standard

All interface texts, customer e-mails and documents (invoice, credit note, packing slip, receipt, pickup label) are available in the 24 official EU languages, maintained by Uvoria. Adding a language is a tick box; your own adjustments per language stay.

Catalogue translation in the background

Products, variants and categories are translated as a background task — only what is missing, or everything again. Translations are checked for markup, existing URL slugs remain. About €0.0024 per product per language: a few euros for an entire catalogue.

Languages per domain

Assign per domain the languages you run there — .nl with Dutch and English, .be with Dutch and French, .fr as a separate French site — with a region for hreflang and aliases that redirect. A language that does not belong on a host is neatly referred to the right domain.

VAT per country

EU rates per country and rate class, OSS with quarterly report, VIES check and reverse charge for business customers, export without VAT. Shipping methods per country with price and free-from, name per language translated automatically.

Script and addresses

URL slugs for all 24 languages plus Greek and Cyrillic, addresses converted to Latin script on entry (the original is kept), house numbers normalised — so every label is readable by every carrier.

The assistant speaks every language

The shopping assistant answers in the visitor's language and the greeting is configurable per language. Marvin in the admin speaks the employee's language.
