Quotes
A quote is an order in the making. That is why Uvoria uses no separate model for it: acceptance produces a regular order, with invoice, stock and accounting.
Search products, quantities, line discount, shipping costs, validity date, payment term and customer reference. Every change after sending becomes a new revision with a suffix, so the customer always knows which version counts. Amounts always excluding VAT, as business customers expect.
Paste the request or upload the customer's PDF: the AI recognises products, quantities and address details and prepares a draft quote. The document goes to the model as a whole — no OCR step that garbles figures.
The customer receives an e-mail with the PDF and an acceptance link. On the quote page they accept with one click — pay directly via Mollie, or on account with the agreed term. Expired quotes close themselves.
Enable "Request a quote" on the product page: the customer fills the cart, chooses quote instead of checkout and receives a proposal with tiered discount and indicative delivery time. Changing it via the cart creates a new revision.
An order on account gets an invoice immediately; the invoice e-mail goes to the company's billing address. Prepayments are recognised as received through the accounting link. VAT number checked via VIES, reverse charge within the EU automatic.
